Delivery of Service & Materials

 

1. Services Provided

We offer CPD (Continuing Professional Development) courses for counsellors and other professionals. These may be delivered:

• In-person (at our offices or other venues)

• Online (live or self-directed)

• In a blended format (a combination of online and in-person)

2. Booking and Payment

• Course bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a formal agreement to pay via invoice.

• All prices are clearly stated at the time of booking and are inclusive of VAT (if applicable).

3. Delivery of Services and Materials

• Online Courses: Login details and access instructions will be emailed to you within 24 hours of booking.

• Live Online Training: You will receive joining instructions via email at least 48 hours before the session.

• In-Person Events: Venue details and any preparation information will be provided at least 7 days prior to the course start date.

• Self-Directed Learning: Materials will be available through your secure Break Free Training account.

• Physical Materials (if applicable): Occasionally, printed resources or certificates may be posted. In such cases, items will be shipped to the address provided within 7 working days of course completion.

Please ensure your email and postal address details are correct at the time of booking. Contact us if you do not receive materials within the stated timeframe.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel your place up to 14 days before the course start date for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 14 days may not be refunded unless under exceptional circumstances.

• If we cancel or postpone a course, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.

5. Accessibility

Our current training offices are upstairs and not wheelchair-accessible. We are committed to improving physical accessibility and, in the meantime, offer full access to our training via online platforms.

We welcome anyone with specific access needs to contact us in advance so we can ensure a supportive experience.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward trainers and fellow learners. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behaviour is disruptive or discriminatory, without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and branding are the intellectual property of Break Free Training. You may not reproduce, share, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Data Protection and Privacy
