Accessibility Policy

At Breakfree Training, we are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all individuals, regardless of ability.

We recognise that our current office space is located on the upper floor of a building without lift access, which presents limitations for individuals who use wheelchairs or have other mobility needs. We deeply regret this restriction and acknowledge the importance of equal access for everyone.

Our Commitment:

  • We are actively working towards improving the physical accessibility of our premises, including exploring options for structural adjustments and/or relocation to more accessible facilities.

  • In the meantime, we are pleased to offer all of our courses, seminars, and CPD training sessions via secure online platforms, allowing full participation from home.

  • Online access is available for both live sessions and self-directed learning, ensuring that those unable to attend in person can still benefit from our full range of training opportunities.

We aim to be as flexible and accommodating as possible. If you have specific access needs, please contact us in advance so we can work with you to ensure a smooth and supportive learning experience.

We believe that accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a one-off task. We welcome feedback from all participants to help us continually improve and ensure our services are as inclusive as possible.
