At Break Free Training, we aim to deliver high-quality, accessible training experiences. We understand that plans change and strive to handle cancellations and refund requests in a fair and transparent manner.
Refund Policy - the basics
1. Cancellations by You (the Customer)
In-Person and Live Online Courses:

14 days or more before course start date:
You are entitled to a full refund. -
Less than 14 days before course start date:
Refunds will not normally be issued, as we will have committed resources and may be unable to fill your space at short notice.
However, we may consider transferring your booking to another date or offering a partial refund under exceptional circumstances.
Self-Directed Online Courses:

If you have not accessed the course material and request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Once you have accessed or started the course, you will not be eligible for a refund, as digital content is considered "used" once accessed.

2. Cancellations by Break Free Training
If we have to cancel or postpone a course, you will be offered:

A full refund, or
-
The opportunity to transfer to another course date, or
-
A credit voucher for use on a future course.
We will do our best to give you as much notice as possible and minimise disruption.

3. Non-Attendance
Failure to attend a course without prior notice is considered a no-show, and you will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Processing Refunds

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

If you paid via bank transfer or invoice, we may need your account details to process the refund.
